6/22/20 Update

GOOD NEWS!

Priority Dispatch will GRADUALLY resume cargo delivery of materials beginning next Monday, June 29!

What does this mean for you? It means that if we don't have something that you wish to checkout, we borrow it from another library, and Priority Dispatch delivers it to us.

The not so good news is that this is being done in phases:

Phase 1: Priority Dispatch will only be delivering the materials they have had in their warehouse since the end of March. This could take two weeks or longer.

Phase 2: Once their warehouse is empty, Priority Dispatch will being picking up materials that have been stored at the individual libraries since March. This could also take two weeks or longer.

Phase 3 involves some behind-the-scenes housekeeping regarding holds that have been placed over the course of the shutdown.

Phase 4: Everything returns to normal!

Long story short: It could take a month or longer before materials you place/have placed on hold come in for you.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are excited to get the ball rolling and being able to once again provide you with such an essential service.
